Welcome to MDNow ("MDNow", "we", "us", or "our"). MDNow owns and operates a telemedicine platform devoted to improving access to healthcare across various medical specialties. The mdnow.online website (the "Site") consists of various web pages operated by MDNow. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site and its services constitutes your agreement to all such Terms, Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent. Please read these Terms, Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
The Site (mdnow.online) is a Telehealth platform that provides access to consultation services and medical care across various specialties, collectively referred to as "Services" through secure telehealth technology.

Your Relationship with Us
By utilizing MDNow, whether just reading content, opening an account or choosing to utilize our services, you agree you are bound by these Terms. Utilizing our Services indicates you agree to the following Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent. If you do not agree with these Terms, Privacy Policy or Telehealth Consent, please do not use the MDNow website or services.
Services
MDNow provides a technology platform and infrastructure to connect patients with third party medical practitioners ("Clinicians") and other vendors via our Service. Our service provides you access to the following medical group who provides healthcare services through the platform (the "medical group"): MDNow Medical Group, PLLC. Care is delivered through secure teleconferencing technology (video visit) and asynchronous (message visit) for the purpose of providing health care consultation across various medical specialties. The mdnow.online Site is meant for informational purposes only and not meant to be considered medical advice. MDNow provides a technology platform and infrastructure to connect patients with medical professionals across various specialties. MDNow also provides users with secure messaging via a secure patient dashboard.
MDNow recommends you use this Site, its medical consultations and services at your own risk and you agree to hold MDNow, the Site, the medical group or any associated third parties harmless for any unwanted/unexpected side effects or conditions related to your online care. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MDNow, its officers, directors, employees, Clinicians, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
Use of this site and services is NOT FOR EMERGENCIES or URGENT CARE. You should not delay or disregard seeking medical advice based on anything that appears on MDNow's site or any past or present consultation with a Clinician or staff.
Your interaction with our service is NOT meant to replace your existing relationship with your local primary care clinician or specialists.
MDNow is not an insurance product or prescription fulfillment warehouse. The monies you pay for services are not medical insurance premiums.
MDNow and its Clinicians reserve the right to deny care for noncompliance with the Services, Terms, Privacy Policy and/or Consent to Telehealth or for any actual or potential misuse of Services, Terms, Privacy Policy and/or Consent to Telehealth. You understand that no results can be guaranteed or assured related to your care.
Authorization and Acknowledgement
By agreeing to the Terms, Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent, you have read, acknowledged, understood and agree to herein Terms, Privacy Policy and Telehealth Consent. You understand that by checking the "I Agree" box for these Terms, Privacy Policy, and the Telehealth Consent when they are presented to you on the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and the Telehealth Consent and that such action constitutes a legal signature.
Clinicians
MDNow does not control or interfere with the practice of medicine by the Medical Group or any clinicians, each of whom is solely responsible for directing the medical care and/or treatment they provide to you. By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that MDNow is not a healthcare provider and that by using the Service, you are not entering into a doctor-patient relationship or other healthcare provider-patient relationship with MDNow. By using this Service, you may, however, be entering into a doctor-patient or other healthcare provider-patient relationship with The Medical Group.
MDNow contracts with physicians, nurse practitioners and other healthcare clinicians of the MDNow Medical Group, PLLC, collectively referred to as "Clinicians" to provide medical services for its Site. Our Clinicians offer virtual medical consultations, secure messaging and healthcare services across various specialties to patients utilizing our telehealth technology platform. The professional medical services and the non-clinical Site services which are provided by MDNow are collectively referred to in this Terms of Use as the "Service." MDNow itself does not practice medicine. MDNow does not interfere with the practice of medicine or nursing, or any other licensed profession, that a Clinician performs. Each Clinician is responsible for her/his services and compliance with the requirements applicable to her/his profession and license. Any information or advice you receive from a Clinician comes from her/him alone, and not from MDNow. Neither MDNow nor any third parties who promote the Services or provide you with a link to the Service shall be liable for any professional advice you obtain from a Clinician via the Services. MDNow does not endorse any specific Clinicians, tests, medications, products, procedures, or the like that may be recommended by a Clinician or the Site. You acknowledge that any service provided by any Clinician, or information provided by any Clinician, or on the Site is solely at your own risk and that you assume full responsibility for all risk associated.
A Clinician ("Clinician" "they" "them") using the Site must be a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or healthcare professional contracted by MDNow, and must agree to comply with all laws, medical board rules and other rules and regulations applicable to them as a Clinician or otherwise. Your relationship with the MDNow clinician is directly between you and the Clinician. You will never have a physician-patient relationship with MDNow. MDNow itself does not practice medicine and offers no medical services.
MDNow or the Site does not provide any medical advice, or representations in any way regarding medical issues associated with Clinician, goods or services offered by Clinician. The Clinician and MDNow agree that MDNow is not providing, to you, the user or anyone else, medical advice.
Informed Consent for Telehealth Services
Telehealth is the delivery of healthcare services using interactive audio and/or video technology, emails and messaging, where the patient and clinician are not in the same physical location. During your telemedicine consultation with the Clinician, details of your medical history and personal health history may be discussed through the use of interactive video and /or other telecommunications. You will be asked to verify your identity by uploading a copy of your driver's license or state-issued identification into our platform. Our services will only be offered in regions where Clinicians are licensed to practice.
You understand that the laws that protect the privacy and security of health information (HIPAA) apply to telemedicine and you have read, understood and agree with MDNow privacy policy which describes these protections in more detail.
You agree you have read, understand and agree to our informed consent for telehealth. Consent for telehealth is available for your review on our Site. Proceeding with scheduling Services indicates you have read and agreed to our consent. You will be presented with our consent to telehealth upon creation of your account and the aforementioned consent will remain in effect for the duration of your utilization of our Services. If you do not agree with our consent to telehealth, do not use our Services.
Availability of Services
MDNow operates subject to applicable regulations. Access to and use of the Site and/or the Services is limited exclusively to users located in regions where the Services are available. Our Services may not be available in your area. Services are not available to users located outside of supported regions. Accessing the Site or Services from jurisdictions where content is illegal is prohibited. Accessing our services from jurisdictions where we do not offer Services or are not licensed to offer services is prohibited.
You understand your Clinician, in her or his sole discretion and professional judgment, may determine that telemedicine services are not appropriate for your treatment needs and, accordingly, may elect not to provide telemedicine services to you through the MDNow platform. You understand that the clinicians at MDNow will decline your services only after they have fully evaluated your medical information, health history, performed a telehealth visit and in their professional medical judgement, determined you are not a good candidate for online care.
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the Medical Group and/or Clinicians may send you messages, reports and emails via the service regarding your diagnosis and/or treatment. You understand and agree that MDNow is not responsible for the security or privacy of communications services you use to receive the aforementioned messages, reports, and emails sent via the service. You further understand and agree that it is your sole responsibility to monitor and respond to these messages, reports and emails and that neither MDNow, the Medical Group nor any Clinician will be responsible in any way and you will not hold MDNow, the Medical Group or any Clinician liable for any loss, injury, or claims of any kind resulting from your failure to read or respond to these messages or for your failure to comply with any treatment recommendation or instructions from the Medical Group or your Clinician.
Refund Policy
MDNow is committed to providing excellent service to our patients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the integrity of our healthcare services.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
You may request a full refund for any services within 24 hours of your initial payment, provided that:
- You have not yet had your scheduled consultation or appointment with a MDNow clinician
- No medical services have been provided to you
- No medical tests have been ordered or processed on your behalf
- No prescriptions have been issued
No Refunds After Service Delivery
Once you have attended your scheduled consultation or appointment with a MDNow clinician, no refunds will be provided. This includes situations where:
- You have completed a video or messaging consultation with a clinician
- Medical advice, treatment plans, or recommendations have been provided
- Medical tests have been ordered or processed
- Prescriptions have been issued
- You are dissatisfied with the medical advice or treatment provided
Medical Testing Refunds
Medical testing fees are non-refundable once the medical work has been ordered, as these services are provided by third-party medical facilities that process tests immediately upon receipt.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving technical issues that prevent you from accessing your scheduled consultation, MDNow may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund or credit toward future services. Each case will be reviewed individually.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please contact our support team at support@mdnow.online with your account information and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
